The House

Privacy

Monday Maison is a vertical cinema house in New Jersey. This page explains what we collect when you visit this site or send us the booking form, who else touches it, and how to ask for a copy or have it deleted. It is written plainly on purpose.

What you give us on purpose

The booking form asks for your name, your email, your phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project or your date. You choose what to put in it. If you email or call the house directly, we keep that conversation the same way any business keeps its enquiries.

We only use it to answer you, quote your project, and do the work if you hire us. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who wants to market to you.

What gets collected automatically

Like most websites, this one measures how it is being used. We use Google Analytics, which tells us things like which pages people open, roughly which city or region they are in, what kind of device and browser they used, and whether they arrived from Google, from Instagram, or by typing the address. Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser to do that.

It is counting, not watching. We see numbers and patterns for the site as a whole. We do not see your name, and we cannot tie those numbers back to you personally.

Our host also keeps ordinary server records of requests to the site, including the internet address they came from, which is how any website stays online and safe.

Cookies, and how to switch them off

A cookie is a small file a site leaves in your browser. The ones here come from Google Analytics and exist to tell a returning visit from a new one.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will keep working. If you want to opt out of Google Analytics everywhere you browse, Google publishes a browser add-on for exactly that at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Who else handles it

Running a website means a few companies necessarily touch it. These are ours, and this is the whole list.

Google Analytics measures how the site is used, as described above.

FormSubmit takes what you type into the booking form and delivers it to the house inbox.

Vercel hosts the site and serves the pages and films you see.

Optimum AI Solutions built and maintains the site, and can see the analytics on our behalf so we know what is working.

Each of them handles your information under their own terms, and none of them has our permission to use it for anything beyond the job named here.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox and our records for as long as we may reasonably need them, which for a wedding or a commission usually means years rather than months, because clients come back and films get relicensed. Analytics is kept on a rolling window by Google and ages out on its own.

Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to mondaymaison6@gmail.com and say what you want. We will do it, and we will not make it difficult.

Depending on where you live you may have formal rights over your information under local law. We honour those requests whether or not the law where you are requires it of us.

Filming and finished films

When we film your wedding, your brand, or your event, what we capture is covered by the agreement we sign with you, not by this page. That agreement is where we settle what gets delivered, what we may show publicly, and what stays private. If you would rather your film never appear on this site or our Instagram, say so and it will not.

Children

This site is for people booking film work and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we start using something new that touches your information, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no separate archive to check.

Reaching a human

Questions about any of this go to mondaymaison6@gmail.com or (862) 452-2695. A person reads both.
